Perforated Spoon

Participants had a small perforated spoon, as may have been designed to serve olives in brine. The drawings are inspired by the pattern of the perforations. I cut them in sign vinyl and made the drawings as collages of the vinyl on rag paper. The small spoon I made from the original object is presented on a work made of wool coating textile. an edition of 3 with one artist proof.
